Our Story
North & Co.’s mission is to support women in bringing their magic to the world on a greater scale. You know the work that lights you up, the people you want to serve, and the life you want your business to support, but there is only so much time in the day.
North & Co. was built to be the partner that helps you actually move toward your vision. Through strategy, systems, and hands-on implementation, we take the ideas, dreams, and "someday I'd love to..." conversations and give them structure, action, and momentum. Because we believe your dreams are possible and you shouldn't have to build them alone.

We actually believe your dreams are possible. We believe we're allowed to want big, beautiful things from this life, and we believe our businesses can be a vehicle for creating them.
